Yes, we do. We provide full-process OEM/ODM customization according to customers' brand VI, venue size, theme style and functional requirements, including appearance design, functional customization, LOGO printing, etc.

Do your products include installation and after-sales service?

Yes, we do. Overseas orders come with complete installation drawings and video guidance. We can also arrange professional engineers to come and install the products on-site according to customer needs (the cost will be negotiated separately). All products enjoy standardized after-sales service.

Does the amusement equipment material meet international safety standards?

Who is responsible for the transportation cost of the equipment?

Overseas orders are subject to the FOB/CIF terms by default. The freight and insurance fees will be calculated separately based on the port and transportation method. The exact details will be provided in the quotation.

Yes, a design deposit is required for customized products, which can be deducted from the subsequent payment for goods. If the customer cancels the order after confirming the design scheme, the design deposit will not be refunded, subject to the agreement between both parties.

What supporting services are available for later equipment maintenance?

Free on-site maintenance and spare parts replacement within the warranty period; provide lifelong equipment inspection guidance and regularly remind key points of equipment maintenance; provide operation and maintenance training for customers, and arrange technical personnel to maintain on-site as needed, with only spare parts and labor costs charged after the warranty period.

Can you provide relevant qualification certificates for the products?

Yes, we can provide a full set of qualification documents such as international certification certificates (CE, EN1176, ASTM, etc.), domestic test reports, production qualifications and business licenses for products, supporting customers in project bidding, venue filing and other scenarios.
