The company's leadership made a long trip to Europe and the United States for study and learning. Based on the domestic market demand, they introduced advanced foreign production technologies.

Invested a huge amount of money to establish a production base in Beijing, built a modern factory, and introduced advanced production technologies from Europe and America, establishing the largest indoor theme park in the country.

Integrating design, research and development, sales and operation, it established a trade union and obtained the legal entity qualification certificate.

Introduce the latest production lines for children's theme parks from Japan, South Korea, etc., and develop indoor theme park equipment and facilities. Successively, forest-themed, candy-themed, and ocean-themed children's parks have been developed.

Launched the "Haiber" theme park brand and established Beijing Haiber Technology Development Co., Ltd. In 2010, the company obtained over 30 patents, received more than 50 certificates, and won over 10 industry awards.

Having obtained over 30 types of qualification certificates, including ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification, and ISO18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, etc.

Established the Haiber (Beijing) Branch, leveraging its rich project experience and professional team, it has reached strategic partnerships with dozens of well-known real estate brands such as Evergrande Wanda, Vanke, Sunac, and Block Brothers. It has entered the ranks of renowned domestic theme park brands.

Haiber'er has reached a strategic partnership with the "Where are We Going, Dad?" program team. As one of the first park enterprises, she jointly participated in drafting the "Safety Technical Specifications for Playgrounds" with the Amusement Facilities Association. At the same time, the brand strategy was expanded. In the same year, the brand flagship store of Haiber'er was established.

A strategic cooperation has been reached with the renowned Korean animation series "Chulong Family" to build a Chulong Family theme park, providing customers with a wider range of theme options. The headquarters manufacturing base has been relocated to Weixian County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. The total area of the production base is 55 mu. The Henan Haiber'er Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd. has been established.

Haiber Company has officially established the Education Department, dedicated to the research and innovation of educational products. The department's business covers products from early childhood education for kindergartens to teaching aids for primary and secondary schools, aiming to enhance the research level of educational products and promote the progress of education. In the same year, the company was awarded the qualification of educational supplies purchaser in Beijing and Tongzhou District, and participated in the construction of over 140 schools, including overall planning of kindergartens, primary school maker classrooms, multimedia classrooms, and physics, chemistry and biology laboratories for middle schools and universities. Many products have received the Innovation Technology Product Certificates issued by the Beijing Equipment Center. 
In the same year, Haiber also established the Cultural Tourism Department, providing integrated solutions covering the entire process from preliminary planning, design, construction to equipment safety structure calculation. The department's products and overall quality performance were outstanding. It has established long-term cooperative relationships with several real estate groups and has become an excellent representative among customized high-end brands.

The Haiber International Trade Department has launched a range of products including indoor theme parks, outdoor tourism and culture, and education. In the same year, it obtained the EU CE quality certification for indoor amusement parks. Through its own import and export trade application, it officially entered the overseas market. It participated in over 10 large-scale international exhibitions organized by international organizations and signed long-term strategic cooperation agreements with amusement parks in Russia, Malaysia, Singapore, Italy, and other countries.

Established the Shanghai branch and overseas division, formed a professional team with rich design and project implementation experience, and simultaneously developed and introduced a series of high-standard sports and adventure products, dedicated to providing customers with a one-stop solution for large indoor amusement parks.

Haiber as always been committed to innovation and has developed a number of products, successfully obtaining patents for both design and functionality. It has also received certifications such as Australian Safety Standard AS4685, American Safety Standard ASTM F1918, and European Safety Standard EN1176.

HaiBer has teamed up with the national IP "A Li" to jointly create an immersive and scenario-based IP-themed children's park.
